A graduate of Loma Linda University School of Medicine (class of 1973), Dr. Cruz brings deep medical expertise combined with a warmth that keeps patients returning for generations. Many of his patients have trusted him as their physician for 20, 25, even 29 years.
Dr. Cruz is a proud member of the Saint Agnes Medical Center medical staff and the American Medical Association, staying current with advances in family medicine to provide the highest standard of care.

"Dr. Cruz have been my physician for 25 years. He has been kind and sympathetic to all my needs. He is a very knowledgeable general physician. He even once sent me to a lab that did over $2,500.00 in free lab work years ago for me because at that time I did not have insurance... Today I am healthy and now 65 years old in part because of Dr. Cruz."
